World of Starknight Server Shop Terms of Service

Welcome to the "World of Starknight" Minecraft server shop ("Shop"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you, the player ("Player," "You," or "Your"), and "World of Starknight" ("Server," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By using the Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Shop.
1. Shop Usage
1.1. Eligibility: To use the Shop, you must be a registered player on the "World of Starknight" server.
1.2. Payment: The Shop may offer virtual items, in-game currency, or other digital goods ("Items"). By making a purchase, you agree to pay the associated price. All payments are non-refundable.
1.3. Delivery: After purchasing Items, you should receive them in-game within a reasonable timeframe. In case of issues, contact our support.

2. Account and Payment Information
2.1. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your in-game account and payment information.

3. Ownership and Licensing
3.1. Virtual Items: Items obtained through the Shop are virtual and exist solely within the "World of Starknight" server. You do not have ownership rights to these Items outside of the game.
3.2. License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased virtual Items solely within the "World of Starknight" server.
4. Refunds and Disputes

4.2. Disputes: Any chargeback or dispute initiated through a payment processor may result in the immediate suspension or permanent banning of your in-game account.

5.1. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Shop or the "World of Starknight" server at our discretion, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
5.2. Modification: We may modify, update, or discontinue the Shop or its offerings at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes through an announcement in-game. Your continued use of the Shop after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
